פרופ. זיוה שמיר - ספרות עברית חווה גרבורג (לבית רימון) ז"ל, אמה של זיוה שמיר ,ילידת תל-אביב (1921) , מספרת על המפגש יוצא הדופן שלה עם ספינת האוויר שהגיעה מגרמניה אל תל-אביב הקטנה בשנת 1929 עוד על חווה גרבורג חוה גרבורג אחרית דבר מתוך "רקפת: ענווה וגאווה בשירת רחל (2012) על חוה גרבורג (לבית רימון) ילידת תל-אביב הקטנה והקשר שלה לרחל המשוררת ...בעלומיה הלכה אמי "נגד הזרם", ובמקום ללמוד בסמינר למורות ולגננות כרוב חברותיה, היא בחרה ללמוד ריקוד אצל גרטרוד קראוס , ושרה באופרה הארץ-ישראלית. בשנות המלחמה והמאבק על עצמאות ישראל, היא המירה את התלבושת הססגונית של מופעי "כרמן" בבגדי חאקי חדגוניים, והצטרפה לשורות "ההגנה" בתפקיד חובשת. בני משפחתה היו כולם אנשי ספר, ולא פעם התרעמה אמי על כך שדווקא מוריה הטובים ביותר, בהם סופרים ידועי-שם, הביכוה לא אחת בנוכחות חבריה לכיתה שעה שחקרוה אם כתבה במו-ידיה את החיבור שקראה לפניהם, או נעזרה בדודהּ שמשך בעט סופרים. ב"תל-אביב הקטנה" היא פגשה, מעשה יום ביומו, אישים וסופרים שלגבינו שמם הוא בבחינת אגדה רחוקה, או ערך בלקסיקון סופרי ישראל: רופא בית-הספר היה שאול טשרניחובסקי, ביאליק התהלך ברחובות העיר, ובבתי-הקפה ישבו יריביו הצעירים, משוררי הבוהמה התל-אביבית. כשמלאו ל"משורר הלאומי" שישים שנה, נשלחה אמי במשלחת תלמידים לביתו לקרוא לפניו שיר פרי-עטה, מעוטר באיוריה. אין תמה שהיא הייתה מאותם קוראי ספרות מושבעים, שכבר אינם מצויים כמעט בימינו – בדור הדוא"ל וה- SMS – ועל כך העיד סגנונה המדויק ורב-הגוונים, בכתב ובעל-פה. עד ליומה האחרון היא עקבה בקביעות אחר מדורי הספרות בעיתונות היומית והעִתית, וקראה בספריהם של אותם סופרים ותיקים וצעירים, שמדורי הספרות הִפנו אליהם זרקור. במותה אבדה לספרות העברית קוראת נאמנה וקשובה מאין-כמוֹתה. שבועות אחדים לפני פטירתה, ביודעי שסופה הולך וקרב, ציינתי בטרם עת את יום הולדתה התשעים, בנוכחות ידידיי ממכללת סמינר הקיבוצים, שעה שהללו ערכו אירוע השקה לספרי החדש על עגנון, ותיארתי לפניהם בנוכחותה את אבני-הדרך של חייה. אמי נולדה בתל-אביב בימי מאורעות תרפ"א. בתמונה מאמצע שנות העשרים היא מצולמת בגן-הילדים לצד הילד (לימים, הסופר) משה שמיר למרגלות הגננת חיה ברוידא, שבעלה הנודע, יוסף-חיים ברנר , נרצח במאורעות הדמים שפרצו בשנה שבּה נולדו תלמידיה. כמו חבריה התל-אביביים, היא "נולדה מן הים", גרה לא הרחק מן הים וירדה אליו מעשה יום ביומו. באחד הימים, בשוטטה בין חולות הזהב, נפלה אל בין זרועותיה "מן השמים" חבילת-מכתבים, שהשליכו הגרמנים מהצפלין שהטיסו בשמי הארץ, בצירוף בקשה שמוצְאה הישר ימסרנה לראשי היישוב. כשבעים וחמש שנה לאחר האירוע, נדפסה תמונתה – תמונת ילדה מנומשת, בעלת עיניים בהירות ושיער זהוב – בספר גרמני המגולל את פרטי הפרשה העלומה הזו. אמי למדה בבית-ספר תל-נורדוי , ומבין מוריה ציינה לפנינו לטובה את הסופרים אשר ברש ומנחם פוזננסקי , שנאלצו בצוקֹ העתים להרביץ מדי בוקר תורה לדרדקים, במקום לשבת ליד המכתבה ולתפוש קולמוס וקסת. היו אלה מורים שידעו לטעת בתלמידיהם ערכים, להבהיר להם את הטעון ביאור ולחבב עליהם את מלאכת הקריאה. אשר ברש, שפרסם בהדים את ביכורי שירתה של רחל, ויעקב בלובשטיין, אחיה של המשוררת, נתנו מפעם לפעם ביד אמי סל עם מצרכים, וביקשוה להביאו לרחל החולה והבודדה. אמי נהגה לעלות במדרגות הבית שברחוב בוגרשוב 5, להקיש בדלת, להניח את הסל ולברוח מהמקום עוד בטרם תיפתח הדלת. מראה גופה השדוף של המשוררת בערוב יומה, כפי שנִגלה לעיני ילדי הסביבה באותם מקרים נדירים שבהם יצאה מִפּתח חדרה כדי לפקוד את אירועי "בית העם", הפחיד את אמי ואת ילדי השכנים. הילדים פחדו מפניה, אך הוקסמו משיריה, שאיש מבין משוררי העבר לא כתב כמותם, דקלמו אותם ושרו אותם בכל הזדמנות. הייתה זו ראשיתה של השירה הארץ-ישראלית, בהגייה "הספרדית", בתחביר פשוט ובאוצר מילים צלול כמי אגם סואן – שירה שלא דמתה במאומה לשירתם של אותם משוררים שהתחנכו בחדר ובישיבה ועדיין כיהנו אז ב"היכל השירה" העברית. בבית סבי, אבי אמי, עלה תכופות שמה של רחל, ועל מדפי הספרים הלכו במרוצת השנים והצטברו מהדורות אחדות של כתביה – מתנות שקיבלו אמי ואחיותיה למסיבות ימי ההולדת שלהן. דודהּ של אמי, המשורר יוסף צבי רִמון (גרַנַט), איש העלייה השנייה ומיודעה של רחל, עלה ארצה, כמו רחל, בשנת 1909 , ביחד עם אחיו, הלא הוא סבי יחיאל רִמון, שעזב את הישיבה של הרב ריינס כדי לממש חלום שלא נתממש וללמוד ב"בצלאל", ועם האח הצעיר יעקב. שנת 1909 הייתה "חלון הזדמנויות" – שנה שבּה לא הכביד המשטר העות'מאני את עוּלו על שערי העלייה בגלל מרד "התורכים הצעירים". צעירים יהודים רבים ניצלו את תקופת "הקונסטיטוציה", והגיעו ארצה במטרה להתחיל בה חיים חדשים. גם בשיחות שהתנהלו סביב השולחן בבית הורי אבי עלה תכופות שמה של רחל המשוררת. לא אחת הזכיר באוזנינו סבי שאול גרבורג-וואָהל, בן למשפחת סוחרים עשירה שהגיעה ארצה ב-1905 דרך אודסה, שאנחנו "קרובי משפחה רחוקים" של רחל. בתו הבכורה מרים, אחות אבי, נישאה לאברהם מִנידור-מנדלשטם, שעלה ארצה מריגה, והיה בן משפחת אִמה של רחל. משפחת מנדלשטם הוציאה מקרבה אנשי שם רבים, ובהם המשורר אוסיפּ מנדלשטם , ממייסדי הזרם האַקְמאיסטי שאליו הסתפחה רחל, זרם מודרניסטי שדגל בשירה צלולה ובהירה והתנגד לשירה המסתירה את כוונותיה מאחורי "יער של סמלים". לאחר שעקר מביתו התל- אביבי שבשדרות בן-ציון אל ביתו החדש שברחוב המרגוע ברמת-גן (שלימים הוסב שמו ל"רחוב אלימלך"), נהג סבי לספר לנו, פעם אחר פעם, שבית-המידות הנאה הניצב בפאתי הרחוב, אשר שימש אז בית מחסה ליתומים, נבנה בכספי תרומתו של "בלובשטיין הזקן", אביה של רחל, יהודי מרשים ועתיר נכסים, שהתיידד ברוסיה עם טולסטוי ועם קורולנקו. בינתיים השתנו הזמנים, אמר סבי באנחת עצב, ורחל המשוררת, נסיכה מרוששת ומיוסרת, מצאה עצמה בסוף ימיה נזקקת למתת יד אדם. אכן, לאחותה שושנה כתבה רחל בערוב יומה על מצוקתה הכלכלית: "דאגות פרנסה מכַלות אותי, באו מים עד נפש. לא הספיקה הדיו להתייבש במילים האחרונות והנה דפיקה בדלת וגובה מס המים הופיע. אחרי שיחה ידידותית על כמה נושאים שונים הלך לו בידיים ריקות". אחי סבי, המשורר והמסאי יעקב רִמון , ניהל באותה עת את מחלקת הסעד של עיריית תל-אביב (כך כינו פעם את "אגף הרווחה"), וסייע לרבים מתושבי העיר, בהם סופרים לא מעטים שהגיעו לפת לחם. מפיו שמעה אמי את הסיפור שנפוץ אז בקריית ספר העברית, ולפיו הגיעה רחל בשארית כוחותיה לבית-העירייה לבקש הנחה מתשלומי הארנונה בגין דירת חדר קטנה שהחזיקה בעליית הגג של בית ברחוב בוגרשוב. כשנשאלה במשרדי העירייה כמה נפשות מתגוררות בדירה, ענתה המשוררת: "רק אני ובת-שירי" . לא הבין הפקיד את שפתה הגבוהה של המשוררת, חשב לתומו שהיא מוסרת לו את שם שותפתה לדירה, והורה להפחית את סכום המס המוטל עליה… עוד כתבה רחל לאחותה שושנה מחדרה שבעליית הגג: "האם לא משונה שאַתְּ עובדת בכינרת דווקא, בכינרת 'שֶלִי', כאילו יָרַשְׁתְּ אותה ממני?" (דבריה אלה מאירים באור בלתי שגרתי את המילים "כִּנֶּרֶת שֶׁלִּי... הויֹ, כִּנֶּרֶת שֶׁלִּי" שבשיר "ואולי"(. בשמחה בלתי מסותרת בישרה לאחותה, שישבה הרחק מזירת ההתרחשות שרחשה סביב בית "דבר", כי "הקוּזינה" של ברל כצנלסון התחתנה עם בחור נחמד והביאה אותו אליי להציגו )"הרי לך מעֵין 'חדשה'"). אותה בת-דוד של ברל, כפי שמתברר ממכתב אחר שכתבה רחל לאחותה, אינה אלא רבקה כצנלסון, עורכת דבר הפועלת, ו"הבחור הנחמד" הנזכר במכתב אינו אלא אהרן קליר, אחי סבתי שרה, שהיה בעלה של רבקה כצנלסון ואבי בנם אלחנן. אמי ואנוכי נולדנו שתינו ב 20- בספטמבר, ביום הולדתה של רחל המשוררת. כשהלכה אמי לעולמה ביומו הראשון של קיץ 2011 , ביקשתי לאסוף לזכרה אסופת מאמרים שכתבתי במרוצת השנים על המשוררות העבריות הראשונות, פרי התקופה שבּה לימדתי באוניברסיטת תל-אביב את השיעור הפנורמי "קווי מתאר בשירה העברית החדשה", שבּו סקרתי את עיקר מהלכיה של השירה העברית מתקופת המהפכה הצרפתית ועד ימינו. את רוב המשוררות הללו – ובמיוחד את יוכבד בת-מרים ואת לאה גולדברג – הכירה אמי מן השנים שבהן התגוררה בבית ליפקין שברחוב פרישמן בתל-אביב והתיידדה עם שכנתה לוסיה שלונסקי , שאהבה את אמי, קירבה אותה לביתה והביאה לה מתנות ממסעותיה. את רחל הכירה, כאמור, עוד משחר נעוריה. אמי הייתה פמיניסטית מטבע ברייתה, והטיפה באוזנינו רעיונות מתקדמים שאותם טיפחה בלִבּה שנים רבות לפני הולדת הפמיניזם בארץ, וידעתי שספר על ראשיתה של שירת הנשים העברית עשוי היה לגרום לה קורת רוח אילו זכתה לראותו. כדי למלא בה את החסר בספר שהכנתי לזִכרה, החלטתי להוסיף בה פרק על שירת רחל. לא ארכו הימים, ומלאכת כתיבת הפרק נסתיימה.

( הנה קטע וידאו משעשע מהרצאתו של דן אלמגור ובו הוא מתאר את קשיי ההמרה ממעבד התמלילים הישן. זה תיאור מקוצר הנוגע למאמר אחד, בפועל הומרו אלפי קבצים, שלו ושל פרופ' שמיר, וניצל חומר רב שבזכותו יצאה לאור אנתולוגיה של דן אלמגור, ובזכותו ניצל חלק מהחומר המופיע באתר זה ) חלק מהחומר באתר נסר ק ועבר תהליך OCR לזיהוי טקסט. תהליך זה אינו חף מטעויות, בעיקר בעברית. הטעויות הנפוצות הן בסימני ניקוד, פיסוק, חילופי אותיות (נ' = כ' = ב' , ס' = ם', ת' = ח' , ר'=ד' ועוד) וגרשיים. אנא בדקו כל חומר שהעתקתם ב"העתק-הדבק" כי יתכנו טעויות . עמכם הסליחה. החומר באתר מסווג למאמרים , תרגומים, ארכיון, פרטי מדיה וגם ספרים שלמים להורדה בקבצי PDF. כל מאמר שיכולנו לפרסם את הטקסט המלא שלו (ולא רק סריקה בקובץ PDF) נמצא בקטגוריית מאמרים. בתחילת חלק מהמאמרים יש קישור להורדת המאמר כקובץ PDF להדפסה - ערוך כפי שהופיע בדפוס בעבר. כל מה שלא ניתן היה לפרסם כטקסט תקין - אלא רק כסריקה גרפית, וכן כל מה שאינו מאמר אלא גילויי דעת, ראיונות, כתבות עתונאיות וכל השאר - מופיע בארכיון, ממוין לפי עשורים. חלק מהחומר מופיע גם כמאמר וגם בארכיון. חומר בעל הקשר ביוגרפי נמצא גם בקטגוריה "חומר ביוגרפי". האתר עלה לרשת בשנת 2011 ומטרתו המקורית היתה פרסום תרגומיה של פרופ' זיוה שמיר לסונטות שקספיר בחינם לכל דורש. זו היתה הזדמנות פז להתחיל לפרסם כל מה שפרופ' שמיר כתבה במהלך שנות מחקר רבות - כיום כבר מעל חמישים. עם הזמן החלו להתפרסם בו גם מאמרים שנכתבו במיוחד לפרסום ברשת , ובכל יום מגיעים אליו עשרות רבות בחיפוש אחר יצירות או יוצרים בשפה העברית ואף תרגומים של טובי הכותבים באנגלית וצרפתית. במהלך השנתיים האחרונות בהן נעשתה עיקר העבודה (אחרי הפסקת פעילות ארוכה) האתר הגיע למעמד כזה בחיפוש Google שדפים רבים בו מופיעים כתוצאות במקומות גבוהים בחיפוש, ללא שום תשלום על קידום אתרים, רק ע"י האלגוריתם הבסיסי, על סמך המידע שנצבר באתר. האתר גם מקושר לדפי Wikipedia רבים ומקבל משם הפניות רבות מדי יום. אני חייב חוב גדול לסבתי האהובה חוה גרבורג (לבית רימון) (1921-2011), אמה של פרופ' שמיר, ששמרה כל כתבה בעיתון וכל מאמר שהצליחה להשיג, לעיתים בכמה עותקים, והיתה הארכיונאית הראשונה והגדולה ביותר של בתה. אני גאה ללכת בעקבותיה.
